Questions about styles
1. Why doesn't Bali make styles in my size?
2. How do I determine which Bali style is right for me?
3. How do I locate the style number of your bras, panties, or shapewear styles?
4. Why was my favorite Bali style or color discontinued?
1. While we'd like to offer every style that our customers request, our product offering is tailored to reflect overall customer and retailer demand. If you need smaller sizes than are offered by Bali, you may want to try our company's other brands, Wonderbra®, barely there® or Playtex Thank Goodness it Fits®. All of these brands offer smaller sizing. If you need larger sizes than are offered by Bali, you may want to try our company's other brands, Just My Size® or Playtex®. Both of these brands offer larger sizes. You might also visit www.onehanesplace.com, where some key Bali styles are offered in larger styles than you might find in the department store.

3. Inside each Bali garment you will find a printed label with the style number. The style number is usually a 3 or 4-digit number, for example, Style 180 or Style 3383. The style number is usually printed near the garment size. For Tagless® bra or panties, the style number will be printed onto the inside back of the garment.

4. When we discontinue a Bali style or color, it's because we have replaced it with a new and improved style or color, or because customer interest was low for that particular product. Additionally, every retail store doesn't carry all the styles and colors Bali offers. So if you are looking for something in particular, you may want to call ahead and make sure your preferred store carries it. If they don't carry it, ask them if they can special order it for you, or try a different department store in your area.
