I love to come home immediately straighten and quick clean any mess that is visible and off come the shoes I get into my favorite loungewear and take at least an hour to decompress and unwind I curl up in bed or on the sofa with the tv remote, a book ,the phone and my laptop that way however I choose to spend my time I need not get up again for an hour. I'll cook a delicious dinner for my family then its a quick clean up and repeat the steps above. When its finally time to retire for the night I have my bed made with high thread count sheets and a down blanket or comforter. I have had an illness off and on the past 2 years and there is no price that can be placed upon comfort and feeling great and its a healthy way to relax.

Putting on my Bali bra and panties is like sunshine on a cloudy day! It is soft, comfortable and fitting and makes me feel and look better despite what else I may wear that day. This is extremely important to me as I have breast cancer and feeling and looking good comes to me in fleeting moments of time. Bali is close to my heart and soul.

I should not say it but I am definately a ' plus size' woman and a middle age woman. Living beautifully for me is wearing correct fitting under-wear. Bras that lift and shape and don't put scar marks around my midriff , on my shoulders, on my back. Panties that don't rise up into my rear, or roll under my belly flab, or itch. When your underwear fits properly, feels good, looks good - as all of Bali does- you feel great.

Cornstarch applied with a powder puff under the breasts helps you stay comfortable, reduces chafing and absorbs perspiration. A great tip anytime of year, not just summer.

I like to stay my day with a nice shower, putting on a beautiful matching Bali bra and panty set. This helps my drive to work and work more enjoyable. Then on friday nights I like to take a relaxing hot bubble bath, slip into a nice pair of bail comfort panties a long silky gown and snuggle in my recliner with a hot cup of coffee and quietly fall to sleep.

A nice long bubble bath, a burning candle, glass of wine and a piece of dark chocolate, while watching my favorite chick flick. Calgon take me away..............

My son had a 10 day leave from Iraq, and while he was home, treated me to my first pedicure (and it wasn't even my burthday). I get it. It wasn't that expensive, and now my toes are ready for sandles. It was a little indulgence that went a long way.

Find a bra that is comfortable such as all the Bali bras. My favorite is the sweater bra. When I purchase these, I know that I don't have to search thru my bras to find one. I wear a great deal of blouses that would look funny with a bumpy or distorted look underneath. With my smooth bras, I always feel confident and attractive. Your bra is an important article of clothing and should be worn with confidence at all times.

RELAX WITH A SOOTHING CUP OF TEA. Pick two or three of your very favorite teas to have on hand. Make this break your own special tea ceremony or ritual. Stop work, breathe while you boil the water. Then pour the hot water and breathe some more (the unfolding flower teas are beautiful to watch). If you are at the office, take your cup to a quiet spot or go outside. Don't look at your computer. At home, find a cozy spot or sit in your garden or on a balcony. Really taste the tea and lose yourself in each sip.
