Don't buy the size you were or think you will be -- undergarments determine if your beautiful clothes fit you beautifully. Buy the size/style that fits you perfectly -- and you will look (no matter what your size) beautiful..

Putting the kids to bed, getting out the spa foot bath, sitting in my favorite chair reading a good book, with a glass of my best red wine next to me. Wearing my softest nghtie and of course the best undies I own --my Bali seamless !!! Its like wearing nothing at all ...which since i had kids isnt possible but it is the next best thing !!!

I unwind by going out for a run/walk every day, even if it is raining. I feel invigorated and refreshed.

Before entering a stressful situation, create a comfort zone around yourself.

Before you walk into a big meeting, or pulling your car out into traffic, or even dealing with a difficult in-law...stop for 5 seconds. Breathe in and exhale slowly, relaxing your body. Now smile. You're in the comfort zone!

My comfort tips are pretty typical. Here they are:

Once I get home from work I take a shower and put on my pajamas. Does not matter what time of the day it is. If I'm not too mentally drained, I call my mother and/or sister (always something to laugh about). I then indulge in a little comfort food and a nice cold drink. Before calling it a night, I try to read one of my favorite magazines.

Soaking in a jacuzzi!

I treat myself with lovely pots of fresh herbs for my patio. They are easy to grow, fragrant and wonderful for cooking. So many times I debate at the grocery store whether or not to splurge on bunches of fresh herbs that I will not use completely before they go bad. With a little packet of seeds and a pot of soil, I can enjoy fresh parsley, mint, basil, cilantro, chives and rosemary to snip for an entire season, sometimes, well into the winter on a window sill. A sprig of mint transforms a tall glass of iced tea into something special!

Well, this is going to sound so 80s and downright valley girl and it's not the only way I relax, but I enjoy shopping,

I generally have a list of items needing replacement or items that need matching up, I'll have the top but not the pants or the skirt, there's always the issue of shoes, but when I'm at the outlets it's always pleasant and relaxing to browse in and at the BALI and LHBP stores in the 2 outlet stores nearby.

As a Fibromyalgia suffer, comfort is something that I crave most of the time. I find my comfort in simple ways..I only wear wireless bras, spend my free time at home in my pajamas or sweats, keep my potassium levels up to avoid sore muscles, and at night, I curl up with my two cats snuggled with me and good book. I let the worries of the day subside, and I escape into a warm cozy sleep.
