When I get off work I like to take a little time just for me to relax and unwind

I am most comfortable when my bra or panties are not tight. If I gain weight and the weight does not seem to be coming off, I just go to the next size. I also like to get sized by a sales clerk to get me to an exact size. Too small or too big is uncomfortable.

I work at a doctors office, and there are several different ways that i like to unwind for the day, after working all day with homebound patients. I love to ride my motorcycle, and feel the wind in my hair, and the sun on my skin, play darts with my friends in a league one night a week, walk my new little Bull Terrier Rowdy in the evenings, or i curl up with a good book.

Its important to also walk, excercise , eat healthy, get plenty of rest, and take time for yourself.

This is whats the most important to take care of yourself, be the best you can be, and be beautiful , inside and out.

Treat yourself to some quiet time - take time to read, watch movies and reconnect with your family. My comfort zone is when I'm with family and friends. I also find that enjoying people around you, taking time to really look at them and appreciate their value is quite rewarding.

I find it quite comforting to have a warm cup of hot chocolate right before I go to bed. Sometimes, I add a dollop of Cool Whip or whipped cream to enhance the delicious flavor. It seems to relax me and helps me to fall asleep more easily.

Marian of PA (Saturday, August 29, 2009)

I mainly read to unwind even at work. If this doesn't satisfy, depending on the time of day, I either walk or have a comforting cup of chamimille tea. I would have a cup each morning when I was teaching school and have found that it also works since I've change careers to social services. I also make sure that all garments that I am wearing that day are confortable and not restricting, especially my undergarments. If my undergarments are restricting, it sets me in a foul mood. I like just know that they are there and I find that Bali makes the most comfortable of all my undergarments and so I have become sold on their product.

Nothing brings me more joy and comfort than to hear from one of my little patients how much they love coming to therapy. You don't have to be a physical therapist to feel this "high". Anyone who reaches out to another in need will come home and count your blessings. Stress disappears and comfort reigns.

I believe in comfort in every aspect of your life. Things just appear to be complicated, but only if you allow it to be so.

My 10 year old son, Christian, has type 1 insulin dependent diabetes. Caring for him is 24/7, and I love it! He's amazing! He gives me courage and strength every single day! I run/swim/bike to keep up with him. I want to be around the day the cure is found for diabetes. We fund raise together and we'll continue until they find the CURE!
