Curling up on the couch with my twin teenage boys on each side of me with a lot of junk food and watching a great movie on cable.

I definately am one who would rather be comfortable than fashionable. When I get home from work, I put my pajamas on immediately (unless of course I am leaving the house again), my son goes to bed early & it fits good with our routine.

Although I hate to clean my home, I do try to keep it clean. It's so much more relaxing to be in an environment that is clean.

I love to do little projects, often on spur-of-the-moment basis. For example, I decided to make chocolates for my husband for Valentine's Day, something I'd never done before. I even added a third type of candy to what I'd already planned the same day I was to make them. Even though it was a little hectic getting rid of all evidence just before he came home I had a great time. And it was even better to see him enjoy the treats a few days later!

With a one AND two-year old, one can only imagine how much time I get to relax! But believe it or not, I do have special ways to unwind from the sometimes crazy day I've had! I am addicted to aromatherapy! First, I take a hot bath with a milk, honey and cinnamon wash. Then I apply a lavender-vanilla mist on my pillows. I also have a lavender scented plug in for my bedroom that is supposed to induce sleep! I feel beautiful and pampered as though I'm in a spa in my own home!

My idea of comfort is being is being self confident in control of my physical and emotional feelings especially when faced with challenging situations most importantly knowing my stressful limits. I always remember that there is no "I" in Team especially on those days when I feel like nothing is going right, but feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders with a hug from my spouse or dear friend telling me that everything is going to be okay!!! Somedays it just feels good to relax and unwind in the evening with my famliy taking the dog for a walk feeling good about myself.

Diane of LA (Monday, March 02, 2009)

Get a roaring fire going outside, gather your best friends and some toddies and relax for hours. Laugh with your friends or just poke the fire.

Linda of IL (Monday, March 02, 2009)

During the winter months, I Love wearing brightly colored Bra and Panty sets, it makes dull winter clothing feel warmer, and as thought you have a Summer secret.

Lesley of PA (Monday, March 02, 2009)

Always wear a properly fitting bra, or you could end up with bad back, neck, or shoulder pain. Preventions better than cure :)

Kathy of NY (Monday, March 02, 2009)

Comfort, for me, is being home. After my walk, off comes my Bali minimizer bra and clothes and I enjoy a hot shower. On goes my spaghetti strap tank top (with shelf bra for some support) and drawstring pants. As dinner is underway, Mozart is playing, and my affectionate cat, Ditzi Mitzi, is showing me what true love is. Buddy my dog provides the laughter that one's soul needs daily. As I unwind for the evening, I look forward to the padded bed that cradles me for the night. Aaaaahhhh, all is right with the world.

Comfort is completely personal—what works for one person might not work for another. Try a number of different things until you find that perfect state of relaxation; find what works for you. For me, the ideal comfort: candles, a hot bath full of coconut-lime bath salts, a glass of blackberry merlot, a bowl of pistachios, an mp3 player full of relaxing, new-age nature sounds, and a good book. After an hour in that hot bath, I dry off and slip into my favorite bra, a pair of silky pajamas, and a feeling of comfort that lasts all night long.
