Back to Ways To Live Beautifully
I feel beautiful everyday because I have found contentment within myself. All materials things can be taken away in just a one moment but my soul remains calm. I wake up in the morning and wait the sunrise to come because every minute of every day for me is another story of my life.
I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night. I love to dress in nice looking clothes. I like to look beautiful and feel beautiful. If I look and feel good about myself the day goes well. I try to eat a good balanced diet. I also try to have a good attitude. My daughters are really wonderful they make me feel like I am important in their lives. My husband loves it when I am dressed nice or even get dressed up.
I live beautifully by working hard not to be a hypocrite and by staying true to myself and my convictions. When you can look at yourself in the mirror daily and know you can keep your head up high, you can live beautifully.
MY FAMILY IS VERY IMPORTANT IN MAKING ME FEEL BEAUTIFUL. MY GRANDCHILDREN ALWAYS MAKE ME LAUGH, THEIR YOUTH MAKES ME FEEL INSPIRED. YOU FORGET THE WONDER AND IMAGINATION OF BEING YOUNG, BUT THEY ARE A CONSTANT REMINDER . TO BE ALIVE AND ENJOY ALL THE BEAUTY OF EARTH IS ENOUGH TO MAKE ME FEEL BEAUTIFUL.
I am beautiful when I hug the youngest, listen to the oldest, and rub my dog' s long ears. I feel beautiful when my head is snuggled safely on my husband's chest, when I swing on a child's swing with delight, and when I leave the dishes in the sink without guilt.
I am a breast cancer survivor and was diagnosed at the age of 35 one month after my wedding. Losing my hair and the managing the other side effects of aggresive chemotherapy forced me to live beautifully. I realized that beauty is an attitude not a perception. Magazines and celebrities don't define beauty. Your real beauty lies deep within you. You are beautiful because you are a living soul with love to give.
Every woman has bad days, it's how I deal with my bad days (and good ones) that make me feel beautiful. My mother is my inspiration in dealing with life. She taught me to take good care of myself...like making a special bath and soaking while listening to my favorite song. Or lighting a few candles and taking time to meditate. I think of all the people I love and my favorite things. When I'm done, there's no way anything can rain on my beautiful parade.
Feeling beautiful is a wonderful sensation that every woman deserves. When I feel beautiful, I know that I walk a little taller and I am more giving & gracious to all those around me. I believe in teaching my daughter that beauty comes in many shapes, sizes, & times in our lives and should be celebrated at all age levels.
I feel most beautiful when I don't concentrate on myself, but on those around me...I see myself mirrored by the joy in their eyes, that at least in part I have helped give to those I love.
I feel my most beautiful when I realize that every moment I spend "hating" my body is a moment I will never get back in life. So, I celebrate the beauty of my body- and of life- instead!
