Take time for yourself every day, even if it is only a few minutes to meditate. I like to snuggle up on the sofa with a cup of tea, a biscotti and a good book.

I love beauty and beautiful things in nature. I feel refreshed when surrounded by beauty - so a lot of my effort goes into planting flowers in my yard. To bring that outside beauty inside, I keep a small vase on my bathroom sink and put a fresh blossom or two in it so I always have a fresh flower(s) to look at in the morning. It may be a geranium blossom cluster, 2 or 3 pansey blossoms, or in the winter greenery and berries. . .

Improve your mood through smell.

Design your garden to enhance a feeling of well-being through aromatherapy. Choose flowers not for their bloom, but for their scent. Bushes and ground covers for the fragrance they give off when you brush past them or crush them underfoot. Cluster them together for your own custom perfumed air, or create specific areas featuring one scent. And don’t forget to consider blooming seasons so that you have something wonderful to smell year round. Then take a walk through your garden, breath deep, and relax.

I like to come home from a hard days work and draw a scented bubble bath and just unwind.

My greatest comfort tip is to have something you are passionate about. Get clear about your dream, what you want in your life, and then take small daily steps to make it happen. You will feel more energized and excited about life. Instead of watching TV, read about your dream or take a class. Do something proactive to make it happen!

I relax and unwind by listening to music by Chris Isaak, Lyle Lovett, the Indigo Girls; and wearing my Bali underwire, of course.....

I am comfortable and relax and unwind with my husband of 60 years today. He has always been my best friend and we love each other more every day. This makes for a happy and relaxed feeling thru the years. It's wonderful when you can feel this way about your parnter after 60 years of marriage.

Nothing makes me more comfortable than wearing a brand new Bali bra. They are truly the best out there. I have worn them for the last 25 yrs. For other comfort tips, I like treating myself to a piece of dark chocolate, while sitting by the pool after a 3 mile walk or swimming in the pool. This is something I look forward too, after working hard at home trying to put comfort in my families lives.

When you are feeling like no one "gets you" anymore, reach out to an old friend. You know, someone who knew you "when"; who you can totally be yourself with, and who will always think you are fabulous. This will bring some needed comfort into your life.

Wear good fittng bras and panties. Ensure you are wearing proper fitting clothing, correct for your body type. Put your feet up for at least an hour a day with a glass of hot tea. Taking the time to de-stress, and breathe.
