DEAR LAUREN,

I AM VERY PLEASED TO RESPOND TO YOUR LETTER REGARDING MY "BALI".

THE CERTIFIED BALI FIT CONSULTANT TREATED ME WITH GREAT CARE AND KINDNESS AND SHE HAD NO PROBLEMS FITTING ME WITH A BRA THAT NOT ONLY LOOKED GOOD ON ME BUT FELT WONDERFUL.

I WAS DIAGNOSED AS HAVING BREAST CANCER ABOUT A MONTH AFTER PURCHASING MY LOVELY BALI BRAS. I WAS ADVISED BY DOCTORS THAT I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO WEAR A BRA DURING THE PERIOD OF MY RADIATION THERAPY AS IT WOULD IRRITATE MY SKIN IN THE TREATMENT AREA. HOWEVER, I AM VERY PLEASED TO TELL YOU THAT BECAUSE OF THE SOFT CONSTRUCTION OF THE BALI BRA I NEVER HAD TO GO WITHOUT MY BALI.

MY BALI GAVE ME A FEELING OF BEING BOTH WELL DRESSED AND COMFORTABLE, WHICH WAS SO IMPORTANT TO ME AT THAT TIME.

I was so excited to receive your letter. Now I have the opportunity to rave about my experience!

I work in the very store that I was fitted in. The ladies in Intimate Apparel had begged me to get fitted for years. My bras were so uncomfortable, but I always said that I didn't have the time to be fitted.

Finally, we were having another big fit event, and my store manager insisted that every manager in the store participate in some way so that we could make our sales goal. She personally scheduled fit times for all of us. I didn't realize at the time what a big service she was doing for me.

I didn't know what bras would fit me best, but when I came for my apointment the Bali representative(I can not recall her name) was mentioned as being the best.

She was wonderful! It was one of the best experiences. She picked several bras for me after taking the time to fit me properly. When the bras didn't fit, she would go out and find others.

She continued to do this until we got it right!

I ended up buying 4 bras and was so excited to get my free bras by mail. My clothes now fit better and I feel so comfortable.

I am a Bali fan for life!

For Mothers Day I took my mom to Macy's. My mother was 76 years old and had not had any new undergarments in years. I heard you were having fitting consultants to help women on a one to one basis with a bra that fits their shape and size and age. I called and made an appointment for a fitting for my mom the same day. It took us quite a while to get upstairs and into the lingerie department, mom had to sit down a few times but once we got there the consultant that helped us was absolutely wonderful. She made my mom feel like a queen for the day. She brought in a big comfortable chair into the dressing room and took the time to talk with her about her needs. She asked when the last time she had bought a new bra and what type she wore, what she liked and did not like. She then proceeded to very carefully help her to get measured. Your consultant treated my mom with the utmost respect and integrity. She brought back two bras for her to try on. The first one was a perfect fit! My mom had Parkinsons Disease at the time and your consultant was so good at her job that she made the experience a memorable one for both of us. Mom talked with her about Parkinsons and that the shaking made it difficult to fasten her bra and that she had sagged so much thru the years that she just was not sure what she needed. I just cannot impress enough how gentle and kind she was to my mom. What could have been a long uncomfortable experience turned into an event I will always cherish. My mom passed on July 26, 2003. I received your letter in the mail from Lauren the Program Manager today and just wanted to share my experience. To me it was the best. It was truly a very personal mother, daughter event made even better by Bali and the people that work for you. Please continue giving the best service, we really appreciated your going the extra mile.

I had the priviledge of being fitted for one your bali's bras at the fitting here in miami florida. When I first went there I was somewhat embrassed because I had never had a fitting before. The consultants were very helpful and right on the button regarding my fitting. I told my consultant that I wore a size 38 C.I had mentioned to her that I needed to be fitted because I think I need a larger size because I had marks up under my arms from my bra and also my back. After the consultant sized me up to my surprise I wear a, get this a 40 DD. I just couldn't believe it. Me a 40 DD. I m,ust admit after buying your brand name bras I must admit that I feel more sexier and have confidence in myself. The following week I went to a Police Conference in Los Angeles and I purchased two more Bali Bras. To my surprise one of my friends was not aware of the perfect fit that Bali gives you so she also purchased a bra. I had to brag about the service that I recievd at Bali's here in Miami, and also in L.A. They have me sold and I look forward to purchasing more. The look The Feeling and The Confidence that I have is unbelievable. I would have never imagined that I would feel this way because of a bra. Thanks A Million

Dear Bali , first let me say that it was just a whim that I went past the loungerie department in

Burdines. I was with a friend and really did not want to hold her up. Well , this wonderful Rep. walks up to me and asks if she could help me. Yes ofcouse I am in a hurry. So we went into the dressing area, and she measured me, but before she did , I told why my right breast looked so ugly. I had breast cancer 3 years ago, and must go under some more surgery to make the good breast the same size as the right. Well she measured and made me feel so comfortable, I have never showed another woman my breast being so deformed, except my sister. She fitted me so well, I bought 4 bras on the spot, can not wait to get my other 2 free. This woman was an angel, she was so comforting for me, I forgot all about my friend waiting. She did forgive me ! So thanks to the Rep. who ever she is.

I am going on 40 years old in October and this is the first time in my life that I actually have a BRA that fits. I did not know that there was a specific way to measure your body that gives this kind of fit. Growing up my Mother told me to take the tape around the fullest part of the breast, that was your bra size then where the fatty tissue of the breast was measure how long that is. If it was 1 inch, you wore a A-cup, 2 inches B-Cup..... So you can see where the discomfort came from wearing a bra. At the time of the Bali Consultant measuring me I was wearing a 44-B. When this wonderful woman measured me, she told me that I was a 40-DD. She brought me the bra and helped me get the bra on and it was like heaven. I have always tried to get out of wearing a bra but now you have a hard time getting me out of these bra's. I bought 4 that day and the only time I don't have one of the on is when I sleep or take a shower. This is a wonderful feel. THANK YOU GOD and THANK YOU BALI!

I wish that I had that information. It has been a while since my visit to Foleys, & cannot recall who my rep was. I know that there were 2 Bali reps working that day, both with the same 1st name. wish I would have known. She definitely deserves recognition. (It's hard to work with a shy teenage girl!)

As a matter of fact, I did have fun as the “Bali Fits 100,000 Women” event. I am a 69 year old woman and in all my years of bra shopping, I have never really had anyone fit me. The Bali Representative at the event took the time to suggest a style that would be comfortable and fit me properly. I now have a favorite new bra, Bali style 3384. It looks great under clothes. I was only able to purchase black bra and am looking forward to getting the white bra in the mail.



Again the host of the event treated me very nicely and took a lot of time with me, even though there were lots of people at the event. She really gave me individual attention.

Firstly, I have never had a bra fitting in my life! I'm 44 years old and so this was quite a learning experience. Not to continue that lack of knowledge, I took my 25 year old daughter with me and also informed my mother and sister in their state to visit the website and go and be fitted as well.\r
What I learned! I learned that 70% of the support in a bra is in the back, not underwire as I had assumed! And the ""two finger"" rule for under the cup. I learned to adjust my straps correctly and that has helped tremendously with shoulder pain from the straps cutting in! The women in my family are large busted so at a 36 DD (and I didn't know I was, I was wearing a 38 C with pain) I need to make sure I am wearing the correct bra. Where I was sagging, falling out the bottom and my shoulders had grooved in them not to mention I was bulging over the top when they stayed in the cup, I looked a mess. I did not like to wear anything that was form fitting because my bra made my breast look bad. Now, the are at the right height, they don't fall out the bottom, my bra doesn't cut in at the back or ride up in the back and my shoulder pain from the straps is pretty much gone!

I enjoyed learning everything my consultant told me and helped me with. I also enjoyed how patient tshe was. I couldn't believe all the time it takes to be fitted for a bra. In fact I went to two fittings! A few days later I went to Macy's to try to see if they could out beat JC Penney's!! Penney's was better.
